Users of AgPlus.net agree to the following:
Users participate in our service at their own risk and in doing so will
not hold AgPlus.net responsible for any problems that may arise due to
membership. There is no warranty or guarantee that our site will operate
continuously or trouble-free.
AgPlus.net does not condone or support gambling and does not collect or
distribute cash or prizes based on the results of pools created by users
of our site.
AgPlus.net retains the right to remove any message from our message
boards at any time for any reason without notice.
AgPlus.net retains the right to remove any user from our system for any
reason at any time without notice.
Additional Pool Rules and
Disclaimers
Eligibility: Employees of AgPlus and our sponsors and their immediate
families (spouse, parents, children, siblings) are not eligible to win
prizes in The First Annual AgPlus NFL Football Pool. However they are
allowed to play in the pool for fun and to compete with other players.
AgPlus or a sponsor will notify the
Winner’s. The value of the preconfigured prize items will include
shipping and handling in the USA. The prizes will be delivered to the
individual at his or her home address, or if to a business, to an owner,
officer, or authorized contact at the company address only. General
Conditions: There may be tax labiality on the prize depending on it
stated value and that liability is the sole responsibility of winners.
